By creating an account and using Sermon Cell, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and plain.
Using the service
Sermon Cell is a thinking partner that helps you build sermons in your own voice, on deadline, without cheating. You may use it for your own sermon preparation and study. You are responsible for the content you create. The verified KJV Scripture spine and non-AI tools (lookup, search, cross-references, filing, the Sunday packet) are always available; AI features are grounded on that spine and keep you in the driver's seat.
Your account
You sign in through the shared MartelloAuth account, which works across Martello Systems apps. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may reset or stop using your study at any time.
AI usage and metering
The AI thinking partner is a paid feature. On the free plan the AI partner is locked, while the non-AI tools remain fully available; a paid plan unlocks the AI partner up to a monthly allowance, metered per month. Non-AI tools are never metered. Full detail on plans and billing lives in the in-app guide (§12c, Plans & billing). Checkout and card handling are managed securely by Stripe.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. AI features degrade gracefully to useful non-AI fallbacks if the service is briefly unavailable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The cell is an aid to your preparation; the sermon, and its content, remain yours.
